Veteran financial executive Continue to to lead and implement Allen Media Group’s M&A and corporate finance initiatives

Malone was first brought to AMG in June as Executive Vice President and Head of Business Development, and will now assume the title of Chief Financial Officer – a role recently held on an interim basis by Bill HiggExecutive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of AMGit is weather group division. Malone came AMG from his recent position as principal with Stellex Capital Management. Prior to that, Malone was a director at Brightwood Capital and previously held investment analyst, private equity and investment banking roles at RLJ Equity Partners, William Blair, and Swiss credit. Malone earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Hampton University and earned a master’s degree in business administration from Harvard Business School.
